So it was decided that Saturdays are STATurdays in Team Tenacity. Sooo I'm going to start posting mine weekly here for the record.
- Weight: 212.0
- Body Fat: 29.8% (July 5th...I'll go again probably in a month or so)
- Bust: 40 inches
- Hips: 48 inches
- Waist: 32 .5 inches
- R Bicep: 14.75 inches
- R Thigh: 28.25 inches
- Clothing sizes: Pants - size 16/XL with some 14s starting to fit well and L in knit skirts. Shirts - mostly L/M with some S mixed in.
I'll update weekly. It will be interesting to see what changes especially as I go into some different workouts over the next few weeks!
